This web site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and changes will take effect when displayed on this web site.

Delivery
Readings will be emailed usually within 48 hours of payment to the email address you have shown on the details form.
Readings are prepared in pdf format and may be lengthy, a one year forecast based on full birth information could run to 70 or more pages. Most home computers will read the pdf but links to free software are on the site should you need them.
Payment
Payment is accepted in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling (GBP) only according to the site option you selected when ordering your astrological forecast or profile.
By placing an order you authorise me to process a credit card, debit card or charge card payment for the total sale amount. You may order in the currency of your choice (subject to acceptance by our payment service providers). Your order will be processed in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will appear on your statement in your own currency at the conversion rate prevailing at the time.
Guidance
This website is designed to help guide individuals with the use of astrological forecasts or profiles, but in some instances the information provided may represent opinion or judgment.
Kevin Clark cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given within an astrological forecast or profile, or on this website. Kevin Clark believes each individual must take responsibility for his or her own life and all information provided is intended for guidance purposes only.
Distress and disappointment
Positive thinking and faith in the future are for most people the best ways of handling the troubles in life. Your forecast will cover both positive and negative aspects and you should only order a forecast or profile if you feel confident you can manage any negative possibilities.

All transactions on this site and any correspondence before or after you have bought your forecast or profile will be conducted in United Kingdom English only.

Only paid for services are offered on this site. The Personality Profile currently supplied at no extra charge when ordered with a horoscope is described as "Free" as this service was previously offered on this site at a price of £15 or US$30 if ordered separately.
